The apparel customization process begins after the store has closed, typically taking 2-3 weeks to complete.

If ordering for a Student or Player, please put their name in the Student/Player name section while checking out.

LATE ORDERS (after store closes) will be charged a $15 late fee.

Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore all sales are final.

Completion: Orders will be complete after the store CLOSES.

Distribution: Orders will be delivered to the team and/or group OR you will receive an email regarding pick up dates/times/location.

Sizing: We have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar or issue a refund. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@iamgearedup.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
